What is Individual Therapy?

At Clover, individual therapy is a safe, affirming space where your full self is welcomed and celebrated. We understand that your story is unique, and your healing should be too.

Therapy begins with a comprehensive, in-depth assessment where you and your therapist explore what’s bringing you in, your personal history, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process. From there, you’ll co-create a personalized treatment plan aligned with your goals.

Our therapists integrate evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with holistic modalities that support your emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual well-being. We believe in treating the root causes of distress, not just the symptoms, by addressing patterns, pain, and disconnection at their core.

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. That’s why we collaborate with other providers (your psychiatrist, doctor, acupuncturist, etc), offering support that considers the whole person.
